Financial Services
American Red Cross chapters provide locally relevant humanitarian services that help people within the community be safer, healthier and more self-reliant. Chapters determine which programs to offer based on their community needs.
At the East Shoreline Chapter, we provide a variety of services to help people prepare for and cope with emergencies. A summary of the services provided is as follows:

Financial assistance is available to Bay County and Arenac County residents dependant upon the time of year. All applicants must meet grant guidelines to qualify. For more assistance you can talk to a caseworker Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Programs
- Baby Love – a program that helps new mothers with the necessities that newborn babies require. Click here for more information.
