Community Services
When Bay County residents are troubled with an emergency financial situation, Community Services is there to provide financial assistance. Community Services helps families prevent homelessness, by assisting in the prevention of utility shutoffs and evictions. Other programs such as the Comprehensive Housing Program (CHP), Project Angel and Baby Love help find alternative housing, personal care, household, and baby care items for citizens in need.
